Ho Chi Minh City, here I come!  Leaving Tuesday on a G Adventures trip to Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand.  Why G Adventures?  It's a wholesaler specializing in experiential and cultural travel vs. a collection icons ("There's the Eiffel Tower!  Here's a selfie with me and a Buckingham Palace guard!").   I personally enjoy five-star boutique hotels, but on this trip, we're staying in local, small hotels.  Yes, they are supposed to have A/C, wi-fi, private bath.  We'll see what I think.  Stay tuned...Vietnamese cooking class on the first day.
